When and by Whom Are Rulers in the Kingdom Chosen: With the organization of the Kingdom at Mount Sinai, Moses was instructed to: Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers. (Exodus 18:21) As important as it was for Moses to select men qualified to become rulers in the Kingdom, it will be far more important to select those who are to reign and rule with our Lord in His Kingdom. Millions will attain unto citizenship in that Kingdom but, comparatively speaking as in the days of Moses, few only from among the multitude will be chosen to rule in the Kingdom. Paul was concerned lest he fell short of obtaining that crown of glory. (1 Corintians 9:27) Peter declares that crown will be given when the Chief Shepherd appears, that is, is made manifest. (1 Peter 5:4)

The question arises: Is it possible to acquire a knowledge of the order of events beginning with our Lords appearing, that is, manifestation, which is not the Second Advent at which time He will return to the earth as King of kinjgs and Lord of lords. (Revelation 19:11-16)? John beheld in vision His appearing, that is, manifestation, when the revelation of His presence is manifested. In that vision John is shown what will follow the revelation of His presence in the clouds of heaven. The Day of Wrath will immediately follow the revelation of His presence which is predicted to be a coming day of great distress of which day Joel exclaims: For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? (Joel 2:11)

John, referring to his vision, declares: And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. (Revelation 14:14-16)
