Crisis 2000: Government agencies and big business are aware that their computers are not programmed for dates after we reach A.D. 2000. The Internal Revenue Service has 100 million lines of code in 50,000 applications (TechWeb, April 21, 1997). A change in one lie of code can shut down the operation of these 50,000 applications. Social Security has 30 million lines and has had 400 programmers working fixing the program since 1991. Social Security is still not 2000-compliant. In contrast, the IRS has 300 programmers working on the program. They got started on the repair only this year. What are the odds that the IRS will finish the repair on time? Low. Very low: Zero. Every government on earth has bet its survival on taxpayers who pay because they believe that if they quit paying, they will get caught. They won't. What then? Breakdown. Bill Clinton has nominated Charles O. Rossotti as the new IRS Commissioner. Mr. Rossotti is not a lawyer or an accountant. He is the CEO of American Management Systems, a Fairfax, Virginia-based technology firm that offers consulting services for year 2000 repairs. Clinton knows! The public doesn't. The New Threat: Few Americans or Britons realize that China is embarking on a major naval buildup, that she intends building at least two new state-of-the-art aircraft carriers and putting them to sea, perhaps as early as 2000. China is a nuclear power, has satellites in space and manufactures powerful IRBMs (intermediate range ballistic missiles). (Twenty-First Century Watch Newsletter). In the last 20 months the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has shipped enough arms into Mexico to equip a 250,000 man guerrilla army. It has shipped thousands of arms (machine guns to mortars) into the United States presumably to street gangs. The PRC threatened to target Los Angeles with a nuclear missile if the U.S. interfered with their intimidation of Taiwan. Graham Sides With China: At a time when our nation is flooded with various goods produced by slave labor in Communist China, America's "revered" evangelist Billy Graham and his son Ned recently supported most-favored-nation trading status for a nation which practices infanticide and brutally persecutes Christians. Since 1949 an estimated 50 million people have been imprisoned and died in Chinese labor camps. That's about 50 times the number of Jews that were put in Nazi labor camps, but Germans are still pay for that "HoloHoax" while China is lauded and favored. Today there are 3,000 slave labor camps in China with eight to ten million people imprisoned in them making goods being consumed in America. According to Christian News (8/4/97) the debate in Congress put the Grahams against Gary Bauer, James Dobson, and Ralph Reed who all opposed MFN status for the "evil empire." Graham said it is "far better for us to keep China as a friend than to treat it as an adversary." The Bible warns against any alliance with wickedness. (2 Chronicles 18 and 19:2)

Bombing Cover-up: A friend who lives in Oklahoma City recently informed this editor (CD)that he heard two distinct blasts, several seconds apart, in harmony with the seismograph records. According to Smyrna (May 1997, Box 541, Fortuna, CA) Oklahoma City police officer Terrance Yeakey "committed suicide," apparently because he knew too much about what he believed to be ATF involvement in the (bombing) tragedy. A partial note left by him also stated that he was ashamed of his police department because it was covering up for the government. Dr. Howard D. Chumley, a physician who was allegedly asked to falsify reports of injuries to ATF agents but would not, is also dead. He was killed when a plane he was flying crashed.

On With The Hoax: Edward Cozon of Lyon, France was surprised to learn that the names of his late grandparents were on a list of people holding dormant Swiss bank accounts, published to help heirs of Holocaust(Hoax) victims trace their assets. The main reason for his surprise: He isn't Jewish and there are no Holocaust victims in his family. One of the striking aspects of the release Wednesday of almost 2,000 names by Swiss banks is that many of the depositors had nothing to do with the Holocaust. The accounts amount to about $42 million held in 67 banks. Many simply refused to believe they could have anything to do with the whole affair. "No, no, you are mistaken. It cannot be me," Rene Bloch told a reporter who contacted her in Strasbourg, France. "I am a Protestant, you see." A survey of French names on the list revealed that only one out of 10 was Jewish and none was an heir of a Holocaust victim.
